Stock or price did not update on Spartoo - Spartoo (Shopify)

Feed.biz only changes what Spartoo shows when a product run actually sends that product. If stock or price looks stuck, check these in order.

1. Did a run happen?

  • Red banner Your Shopify subscription has expired. → tasks are paused. See Your Shopify subscription has expired.
  • Settings > Scheduler: Send products to Spartoo must be on.
  • Open Reports. If there is no recent PRODUCTS line, nothing was sent.

2. Was this product in the feed?

On Products, check Sync.

  • No → no category rule places it. Fix Categories.
  • Exclusion match → it was not sent. See Exclusions and the report warning matches an exclusion rule.

Under General Settings:

  • Only recently updated → unchanged products are skipped. Switch to All active products for a full refresh, or edit the product so it enters the lookback window.
  • Export only products in stock → out-of-stock variants are skipped (report: is not in stock).

3. Stock still wrong

Check

Where

Shopify stock was updated, but catalogue not re-read

Request a catalogue sync on Authentication, or wait for the scheduled read

Force stock on the product

Sends 999 every time — Product Options

Disable on the product

Sends 0 every time — Product Options

Mapping / build errors

Reports → View Report

Disable and exclusions do not delete the Spartoo listing; they only change what is sent (or stop sending).

4. Price still wrong

Check

Where

Shop currency

General Settings — wrong currency sends wrong prices

Override price

Product Options — replaces the shop price before conversion

Price rules

Pricing > Prices

Discounts

Apply discounts + Pricing > Discounts (Shop discount vs Compare-at price)

Overwrite products already on Spartoo

General Settings — when off, Spartoo may keep older product data for some fields; turn on if you need a full overwrite of products already there

5. Confirm on the next run

  1. Fix the setting or mapping.
  2. Let Send products to Spartoo run, or use Export selected.
  3. In Reports, open View Report for that SKU.
  4. If you need the file Spartoo received, use Download feed while the row is still there (kept a few days).
