Every run leaves a line here. If a product did not reach Spartoo, or an order did not reach the shop, the answer is in this list.
The list above the table filters the rows: All report types, PRODUCTS, or ORDERS.

A product export has the message Export Offers to Spartoo. A manual export adds (Manually). An order import has Importing Orders, often with the date.
Result only shows what counts. A row may show 4 errors, or 1 success and 2 warnings. For orders, the badge is No order found, 1 order imported, or for example 3 orders imported. No order found means Spartoo had nothing to import. That is not a failed run. If there are errors too, their count stays beside it.
If there is no run yet, the list shows No report yet.
The detail
View Report opens a window titled Details.
The tabs are Error, Warning, and Success. A tab with no lines is hidden. Error opens first when there are any.
Each line has a SKU, an Actions value, and a Message. The action says what happened: created, updated, deleted, or not created when Spartoo refused the line.
Success: the line was accepted. Warning: a reservation, and the message says which. Error: the line did not go through, and the message says why. The most common fixes are under Categories or Colors & Sizes: no category rule, an incomplete rule, or an unmapped colour or size.
If there are no lines, the window says: This report has no lines. If the report is long, it says how many of the total lines are shown.
The feed
When a run produced a file, Feed shows Download feed. That is the file sent to Spartoo. An order run has no file: the column shows a dash.
The rows in this list and the feed files are kept for 3 days. After that, the row is gone. Download the feed while the problem is in front of you.
