My Shop - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)

In the My Shop section, you connect your online store. This area holds all the information about your shop's configuration and the product data stored in Feed.biz.

It is divided into six main sections:

Connect

This section is used to link your online store directly to Feed.biz. Connecting allows Feed.biz to safely retrieve your product catalog and data from your store.

Configuration

This section is used to verify and secure the connection between your store and Feed.biz. Here, you can also choose how your product data is synchronized by setting up your preferred import mode.

My Products

This section lets you look at your catalog after it has been imported. You can use it to view and check all the products that have been successfully exported from your shop into Feed.biz.

Multichannel Orders

This section helps you manage Amazon FBA multichannel orders. It allows you to fulfill orders coming from other sales channels using your inventory stored in Amazon's fulfillment centers.

Offer Options

Offer Options are special rules that let you change product details on the marketplace without changing your actual store settings. You can set up these custom changes in two ways:

• By Product: Change settings for individual items.
• By Category: Change settings for a whole group of products at once.

Messaging

This section allows you to activate customer service features for your marketplaces. You can also set up and manage email templates to quickly and easily reply to your buyers.
