My Account - Setting up your Feed.biz account (PrestaShop)

The My Account section in Feed.biz acts as your central hub for managing personal profiles, security setups, billing parameters, and subscription tiers.

Prerequisite: Before configuring these settings, ensure you have a valid, active account. If you need to register, please see our Account Creation Guide.

Edit My Profile

Update your personal identity details and communication preferences at any time. This page controls the following data:

• Personal Information: Your first name, last name, email ID, login password, and profile photograph.
• Newsletter Subscriptions: Toggle this option to stay informed about the latest platform updates, features, and developments from Feed.biz.
• Terms & Conditions: Access and review the official Feed.biz user agreements directly from your profile dashboard.

Note: Always click the Save button to apply your updates.

Edit Billing Information

This tab manages the official name and address linked to your account for payment processing.

• All input fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
• Ensure your business or personal address is complete before clicking Save.

Security (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Protect your account from unauthorized access by setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Once activated, logging in will require both your standard password and a temporary verification code generated by your smartphone.

How to Activate MFA:

1. Install the App: Download Google Authenticator on your mobile device. *(If needed, read the official Google Support Guide for assistance).*
2. Scan the QR Code: Open the app and scan the unique QR code displayed on your Feed.biz security dashboard.
3. Confirm the Sync: Enter the timed verification code shown in your Google Authenticator app back into the Feed.biz interface to link them.
4. Setup Complete: Your account is now fully secured.

MFA Reset: If you lose your device or need to change your authentication keys, click the "Are you sure you want to reset your QR code? Click here" link to reset your security configuration.

Membership, Plan, and Invoices

Manage your software tier and view financial history through these three distinct tabs:

• Membership: Review available tiers, platform capabilities, and general pricing lists. This section covers our Free Trial options as well as Pro level features.
• Plan: Activate or change your subscription to the Pro Plan. Payments can be structured flexibly on a month-to-month or a yearly billing cycle.
• Invoices: Access a localized history archive containing all printable invoices generated for your active Pro Plan payments.
