Validate your catalog structure - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)
The Reference field in PrestaShop is used as your product's SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) on marketplaces. This code is very important because the system uses it to match your products and sync your orders correctly.
For the sync to work, every product and variant needs its own unique Reference and EAN code. If any codes are missing or duplicated, the sync will fail.
Case 1: Products with Variants (Combinations)
- On the Information tab, fill out the main product reference.

- On the Combinations tab, give every single variant its own unique reference and its own EAN or UPC code.

Case 2: Standard Products (Without Variations)
If your product does not have variants, the setup is simple. Just fill out one unique reference and one unique EAN or UPC code in the main product fields. Make sure these codes are not used anywhere else in your store catalog.

PrestaShop Warning: The automatic combination generator in PrestaShop often gives the exact same reference code to different variants. Since duplicate codes will break your marketplace sync, you must check them manually and change them so every variant has a unique code.
Remember: The PrestaShop "Reference" is your marketplace SKU. Every single product and product variant in your catalog must have its own unique reference number.
