Validate your catalog structure - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)
The Reference field in PrestaShop serves as your product's SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for all marketplaces. This unique internal identifier is critical because the integration uses it to match your product offers and import orders.
For the sync to function correctly, the Reference field must be filled out accurately and must be completely unique. Missing or duplicated references will cause the integration to fail. In addition to the reference, the EAN code must also be added and must be completely unique for every product and variant/combination.
Case 1: Products With Combinations
On the Information tab, you must fill out the main product reference, which acts as the main PrestaShop SKU.

On the Combinations tab, every individual variant must have its own unique reference (SKU) along with its corresponding EAN or UPC code.

Case 2: Products Without Combinations
For standard products without variations, the setup is simple. You only need to provide a single, unique reference along with its corresponding unique EAN or UPC code in the main product field to serve as the SKU, ensuring it does not match any reference used elsewhere in your catalog.

Known Issue with PrestaShop: The built-in PrestaShop combination generator automatically creates duplicate references for variants. Because these duplicates will break your marketplace sync, you must manually review and edit the generated text to ensure every single combination has a completely unique reference.
Important Takeaway: Always remember that the PrestaShop "Reference" field translates directly to your marketplace SKU, and must be unique for each product and product variant in your catalog.
