How to Use Offer Options

Offer Options let you change product details on the marketplace without changing them in your PrestaShop store.

For example, if shipping costs $3 in your store, but you set it to $4 in Offer Options, the marketplace will show $4. Your store settings will stay exactly the same.

You can change these options in two ways:

  • By Product: Change settings for one product at a time.
  • By Category: Change settings for a whole group of products at once.

Offer Options – By Product

Where to find it: My Shop > Offers Options > By Product

To change a specific product, find it in your list and click Edit. You can change these settings:

  • Price Override: Enter a price to show on the marketplace instead of your store's normal price.
  • Disabled: Exclude this product from the marketplace feed entirely.
  • Force in Stock: Show this product as available on the marketplace, even if your store runs out of stock.
  • Latency: Number of days required to prepare and ship this product (handling time).
  • Shipping override: Set a specific shipping cost for this product instead of using your marketplace's usual shipping rates.

Tools

  • Import Offer Options: Upload a file to change many products at the same time.
  • Download Template: Get an example file to see exactly how to fill in your information.
  • Reset: Clear your custom changes. Click Reset, then click OK to remove your overrides and go back to your normal store settings.

Offer Options – By Category

Where to find it: My Shop > Offers Options > By Category

You can use this section to apply the same rules to a whole category of products at once.

Click Edit next to a category. You can change these four settings for every product inside that category:

  • Disabled: Exclude all products in this category from the marketplace feed entirely.
  • Force in Stock: Show all products in this category as available on the marketplace, even if your store runs out of stock.
  • Latency: Number of days required to prepare and ship these products (handling time).
  • Shipping override: Set a specific shipping cost for all products in this category instead of using your marketplace's usual shipping rates.
