Catalog Verification via "My Products"

Once your product catalog has been fully imported from your PrestaShop back-office, you can use this tab to verify the import and view detailed reports on all synced items.

Prerequisite: In order to view your products, you must have successfully completed your initial catalog import. If you haven't done this yet, please refer to the Connection Guide.

Data Displayed in the Report

The product table provides a comprehensive overview of your active catalog, displaying the following specific columns for each item:

• Product ID: The unique database identifier for the item.
• Image: A visual thumbnail of the product.
• Product Name > Product Attribute: The title of the item along with its specific variations (such as size or color).
• Default Category: The primary category assigned to the product.
• SKU: The Stock Keeping Unit used as your unique marketplace identifier.
• EAN / UPC: The standard international barcode identifiers for the product.
• Status: The current synchronization or availability status.
• Product Conditions: The physical condition of the item (e.g., New, Refurbished, Used).
• Price: The live selling price of the item.
• Quantity: The current stock level available for sale.

Filtering and Navigation Tools

To help you manage large inventories efficiently, the report includes several interactive display and management options:

• Filtering by Condition: Filter the entire report by specific item states, such as New or Used, or choose to view all product types simultaneously.
• Category Filtering: Narrow down your view by selecting a specific default category to display.
• Search Box: Quickly locate specific items by entering keywords, IDs, or SKUs directly into the search field.
• Pagination: Seamlessly move between pages using the numerical page selectors or the Previous / Next buttons. You can customize your workspace layout by choosing to display 10, 25, 50, 100, or 1000 products on a single page.
