First-Time Connection Guide

Setting up the FeedBiz plugin for the first time requires downloading the module, installing it within your PrestaShop back-office, and linking the two platforms together.

Connection Steps

Go to My Shop > Connect in your FeedBiz dashboard to download the module for PrestaShop. Keep the file compressed; do not unzip it after downloading.

Log into your PrestaShop back-office, navigate to Modules > Module Manager, and select Upload a module to upload the compressed zip file.

Once installed, click Configure and then click Connect. This automatically redirects you to My Shop > Configuration in the FeedBiz dashboard, where the connector URL will be automatically populated and verified.

Exporting Your Catalog

Now that you are successfully connected to FeedBiz, a setup wizard will appear automatically on your screen to guide you through exporting your PrestaShop catalog to FeedBiz.

Simply follow the step-by-step prompts provided by the wizard. Once finished, your shop is completely synchronized!
