Product Creation – Support Request
If you have a problem with product creation and need support, follow these steps before contacting Support CDiscount.
Check profiles and models
- Each profile must be complete (red asterisks = required fields)
- Each profile must be linked to a model (Model selector)
- Each model must have its Cdiscount category (levels 1, 2, 3) and required fields filled
- Fill Gender / Audience fields when required
- If you use combinations, see Combinations export
- If you do not use combinations, do not fill combination fields
- Categories: confirm they are checked and a profile is selected — Selecting the Categories
Also: Configure a profile · Configure a model
File export
Export from Catalog → Cdiscount → Product Integration
(see Export : Products creation).
Check Only Active Products and Only Products In Stock, and choose a Date Range (product creation date to export a subset, or the default range).
If you get an error (red message), use Limit to check whether it is a PHP server limit. The module will then export a limited number of products.
Follow every point in the product creation tutorial.
As soon as the issue appears, send a full-page screenshot (no crop — include the browser window).
If the problem is at send time (file rejected by Cdiscount), retry with only one category selected.
Send us: the generated XML (or Zip), plus screenshots of the export and the send. The more detail you provide, the faster support can help.
If the file was successfully sent to Cdiscount, attach the product integration report (Cdiscount / Octopia back office):

Do not confuse the product integration report with the offer integration report — they are two different menus / feeds.
