Check if Is it necessary to send my products?

Then, four steps are necessary:

1. Prepare to send your products

Your connection parameters are configured, you have configured a profile, a model, selected the category: your products are ready to be exported.

Go to Catalog > Cdiscount > Product Integration.

2. Send your products

1. In general you will export in product creation only products that are in stock and active.

2. Use this selector if you have an error message after trying to export a large number of products: it may be a server limit. Increase PHP memory_limit and/or max_execution_time with your webmaster.

3. If you have already exported products on CDiscount, set the start date to a later date so you do not re-export products already online. If you export the same product twice, it is usually ignored and shown as existing in your CDiscount report.

4. The module displays a summary of categories and profiles ready for export; you can export category by category if you have a large catalog.

Then click Export File. In most cases, the module will indicate:

1. The products have been exported, even if some errors did not stop the export
2. Some errors occurred; for the most common ones, you get a link to an online tutorial with the solution

Once the file is exported, you can send it.

⚠️ Before sending: do not submit files unnecessarily or too often. Plan your submissions. The more files you submit, the longer the wait can be. Prefer quality submissions, as infrequently as possible.

Click Send.

If no error message is displayed, your report will be available after a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours depending on volume.

3. Receive your products

Your products have arrived at CDiscount: the report states that they are being created. This process can take several days to several weeks depending on the period and content.

In the Actions field, you will see the current status of the integration of your product feed.

Check progress from time to time in the Cdiscount / Octopia back office. Product creation can take about 15 days for catalogs of more than 100 products and about 2 days for catalogs under 100 products.

Do not multiply shipments: you could be de-prioritized or refused. Respect the deadlines.

You can publish your offers only when product creation is completed — when in the Actions column your report is available and its content is positive:
