Batches Logs

Where to find it: My Feeds > Logs > Batches

The Batches page provides a historical log of every catalog batch imported from your store into Feed.biz. This report captures all transfer activity, whether the import was started manually by you or run automatically in the background.

As shown in the image below, the dashboard gives you an overview of your recent import activity and the status of your product data.

Understanding the Log Data

The reporting grid displays the following data points for each processed batch:

  • Batch ID: The unique identification string assigned to that specific import run. This identifier is essential if you ever need to open a technical support ticket regarding a transfer issue.
  • Source: The e-commerce platform the data is coming from (such as PrestaShop or OpenCart).
  • Shop: The specific storefront name linked to the import.
  • Type: The nature of the imported dataset, typically classified as "Product" or "Offer".
  • Total: The overall count of products evaluated during the import.
  • Success: The number of products that successfully transferred into Feed.biz.
  • Warnings: The number of products that imported but contain minor data formatting issues.
  • Errors: The number of products that failed to import due to critical issues. Products encountering errors are automatically bypassed and skipped; you can review the specific issues inside your detailed import logs.
  • Import date: The exact date and timestamp when the batch run was executed.
