The Messages log shows errors and warnings for items that had problems when importing from your store to Feed.biz.




Products Log vs. Offers Log


The system imports data from your store using two different background processes. Because of this, your logs are split into two separate sections:


  • Products Log: Shows issues found during Product Import.
  • Offers Log: Shows issues found during Offer Import. This phase only updates specific offer details like prices and stock levels for products that are already imported into Feed.biz.



Understanding the Log Details


Both logs show these details to help you find out why an item had a problem:


  • ID: The unique number of the item.
  • Products: The name of the item and its options (like size or color).
  • Shop: The name of your store.
  • Type: How serious the problem is. This will be a Warning (minor issue) or Severe / Error (a serious problem that stops the item from importing).
  • Message: The reason why the product had an issue (such as Missing EAN/UPC).
  • Date: The exact date and time the import ran.
