This page lets you manually accept, import, and update your Cdiscount orders.

💡 Note: These actions run automatically in the background through your Scheduled Tasks. You only need to use this page if you want to trigger a manual update immediately.

1. Accept Orders

This section lets you confirm pending orders on Cdiscount for a specific time frame. Accepting an order means you officially agree to fulfill and ship it.

• Order date range: Choose the start and end dates for the pending orders you want to accept.
• Accept Orders: Click the green button to validate and confirm the selected orders.

⚠️ Important: Once accepted, an order cannot be imported immediately. Cdiscount requires a processing delay of up to several tens of minutes before the order becomes available for import.

2. Import Orders

This section imports your accepted Cdiscount orders directly into your PrestaShop store so you can process them.

• Order date range: Select the date range for the orders you want to bring into your shop.
• Order status: Use the dropdown menu to choose which order state to select (for example: Ready to be Imported).
• Import Orders: Click the blue button to start importing the orders into your shop.

🛑 Critical Rule: Your PrestaShop Reference field must exactly match the Cdiscount SKU field. If the system cannot find a matching reference between your store and the marketplace, the order will fail to import.

3. Update Order Statuses and Shipping

This section sends your store's latest order updates, including tracking numbers to Cdiscount.

• Period: Select the order time frame (in days) from the dropdown menu.
• Update Order Statuses and Shipping: Click this button to push your new shipping statuses and tracking details to the marketplace.
