This page handles the automatic updates between your PrestaShop store and Cdiscount. It uses automated background tasks (called "cron jobs") without you needing to do them manually.



Understanding the Tasks Table


The main table shows all the automatic actions running in the background:


  • Allow automatic updates: Check the box next to a task to turn its automation on or off.
  • Tasks: The name of the process (such as handling orders or products).
  • Cron file target: The technical background file that handles the work (this is mostly for administrators/developers).
  • Next check countdown: Shows exactly how many hours, minutes, and seconds are left before the task runs again automatically.





What Each Task Does


  • Accept Orders: Automatically accepts new orders placed by customers on Cdiscount.
  • Create Products: Sends your new product listings from PrestaShop to Cdiscount.
  • Import Orders: Imports your Cdiscount orders into Feed.biz.
  • Send Orders: Sends your Cdiscount orders into your PrestaShop admin panel so you can prepare them.
  • Update Offers: Keeps your stock amounts and product prices up to date on Cdiscount.
  • Update Order status: Sends expedited/shipped order status, tracking and carrier details to Cdiscount.



Last Sync Report


At the bottom of the page, you will see summary cards for the most recent updates:


  • Status: Shows if the task is currently Pending or running.
  • Counters: Tells you exactly how many items synced successfully, how many were rejected due to errors, and how many were skipped.
  • Timestamp: Shows the exact date and time the task last ran.



💡 Tip: If you see rejected or skipped items in your reports, click the View full logs → link on the right side to see exactly what caused the problem.
