My Feeds > Stock > Pending Carts - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)

This page shows products that are currently on hold for orders that have not shipped yet. It lists pending orders from the last 4 days across all your connected marketplaces (like Amazon MFN, eBay, and Cdiscount).

Why This Matters

When a customer buys an item, the system holds that stock so you do not accidentally sell it to someone else.

• If the order ships: The items are officially taken out of your total stock.
• If the order is canceled: The hold is removed, and the items automatically go back into your available stock.

Understanding the List

The page groups your items by their product code (SKU). For each hold, you will see:

• Date: When the order was made.
• Marketplace: Which store the item was bought on.
• Order Ref: The marketplace order number.
• Quantity Reserved: How many units are being held.

Tip: Click the green Download CSV button at the top right to save this list to your computer.
