Manufacturer Mapping

Where to find it: My Feeds > Parameters > Mapping > Manufacturers

Marketplaces often have strict rules about brand names, or they might spell a brand name differently than you do in your store. Manufacturer Mapping allows you to connect the brand names in your PrestaShop store to the correct matching names on the marketplace.

As shown below, the setup uses a simple row-by-row layout to match your store values with marketplace values.

How to Map Manufacturers

1. Select Your Store Brand: On the left side, click the dropdown menu that says Choose a manufacturer and select the brand from your shop.
2. Type the Marketplace Name: In the empty text field on the right side, type the exact name the marketplace expects to see.

• • Example: You can map B&O to Bang & Olufsen, or Fashion Manufacturer to Fashion MFG as seen in the image above.

3. Add More Rows: If you need to map more brands, click the blue plus (+) button on the right to open a new blank row.
4. Remove a Mapping: If you make a mistake or want to delete a row, click the red minus (-) button next to that row.
5. Save Your Changes: Once all your manufacturers are correctly mapped, click Save to keep your settings, or Save and Continue to move forward.
