Managing Filters

Sometimes you may want to stop certain brands or suppliers from being sent to your marketplaces, either temporarily or permanently. The Filters page allows you to block specific manufacturers and suppliers from your product feed.

As shown below, the interface is split into two simple sections: Manufacturers and Suppliers.

How Filters Work

When Feed.biz imports your product catalog, it checks your filter settings:

• Any product belonging to an excluded manufacturer or supplier will be automatically skipped.
• These skipped products will not be loaded into Feed.biz.
• The filters will stay active until you manually remove the manufacturer or supplier from the blocklist.

How to Exclude a Manufacturer or Supplier

1. Go to the Excluded Manufacturers or Excluded Suppliers field.
2. Select or type the names of the brands or suppliers you want to block.
3. To unblock a manufacturer or supplier in the future, simply click the small X on their blue tag.
4. Click Save to save your choices, or Save and Continue to apply your changes and move to the next setup step.

⚠️ Important Note: These filters only block exporting the products. If a product is already live online on a marketplace, adding a filter now will not automatically delete it or remove it from the marketplace.
