Import History

Where to find it: My Feeds > Logs > Import History

The Import History page displays a continuous log of all your recent catalog imports. This report tracks every single import task, whether it was started manually or triggered automatically by the system.

Understanding the Log Data

The reporting grid contains the following columns for every import event:

  • Shop name: The name of the specific storefront connected to the task (such as Demo Amazon seen in above image).
  • Tasks: The specific action (for example: import_stock_movement, import_order, or import_offer).
  • Run by: Identifies who started the task. It will show "user" if started manually, or "system" if it was an automated background run.
  • Time: The exact date and timestamp when the specific task was executed.

Common Reasons for Import Errors

During an import, Feed.biz validates your PrestaShop products. Some of the most common errors/warning a product might receive include:

  • Missing Information: Essential fields are empty, such as the Product Category, Product Name, Product Code (EAN/UPC), variant/combination details, Price, or Stock quantity.
  • Invalid Product Price: The price formatting is incorrect or missing.
  • Incorrect Barcode Number: The EAN or UPC code does not match standard global formatting requirements.
  • Inactive Products: The item is currently marked as disabled or inactive in your store.
