My Feeds > Logs > Import History - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)
The Import History page shows a list of all your recent product imports. It tracks every import task, whether you started it yourself or the system ran it automatically.

Understanding the Log Details
The table shows these details for each import event:
- Shop name: The name of the store used for the import.
- Tasks: The specific action that ran (for example:
import_stock_movement,import_order, orimport_offer). - Run by: Who started the import. It will say "user" if you started it manually, or "system" if it ran automatically.
- Time: The exact date and time the import ran.
Common Reasons for Import Errors
During an import, Feed.biz checks your PrestaShop products. Here are some common reasons a product might get an error or a warning:
- Missing Information: Important fields are empty, like the category, product name, price, stock quantity, or barcode.
- Invalid Product Price: The price is missing or has the wrong formatting.
- Incorrect Barcode Number: The EAN or UPC code does not match standard global rules.
- Inactive Products: The item is currently turned off or disabled in your store.
