The General Configuration page is where you can select your preferred mode of operations and manage notification preferences.

Mode Selection

The selected mode indicates the level of technicality that will be displayed by Feed.biz:

• Beginner: A clean, simplified workspace that only shows basic features.
• Expert: Unlocks advanced options like price rules.
• Advanced: Features advanced marketplace options e.g. sandbox

Contact (Email Notifications)

Choose how and when you want Feed.biz to send updates to your email address:

• Reports: Sends you regular summary reports.
• Error (Recommended): Only emails you if something goes wrong or if an export fails.
• None: Turns off all automated email notifications completely.

Authentication

This section secures the link between your PrestaShop store and Feed.biz so they can share data safely:

• User name: Displays your unique platform account identifier.
• Security token: A special hidden password generated by Feed.biz to protect your connection.
