Marketplaces > Cdiscount > Report - Feed.biz (PrestaShop)

This page shows the reports sent back by Cdiscount after you update your products. Use it to check if your stock and price updates worked, or to see what went wrong if there are errors.

Two steps:

When you update your prices or stock, Feed.biz communicates with Cdiscount in two steps:

  1. Update Offers: Feed.biz sends your updates over to Cdiscount.
  2. Get Offers Report: Feed.biz asks Cdiscount for the final report to check if the updates went through successfully.

Reading the Report Table

Every time data is sent, a new row appears in this table to show you the results:

  • Package ID / Batch ID: ID numbers used to track the specific group of products sent.
  • Action type: Shows if the system was sending data (Update Offers) or getting the results back (Get Offers Report).
  • Messages: Notes from Cdiscount (such as "Offer Package validated successfully" if there are no main issues).
  • Processed: The total number of products included in that export.
  • Succeed: How many items updated on Cdiscount.
  • Warning: How many items updated but have warnings

Viewing Detailed Reports and Errors

Each line in the main table indicates the total number of successes and failures. By clicking directly on any row, an Error Message section opens up at the bottom of the page to show you the full report for that specific submission.

  • Download report: Click the blue button on the right side of the Error Message section to download a copy of the report file.
  • Submission ID: Displays the batch ID of the report you are currently looking at.

The table breaks down the errors line-by-line so you know exactly which items failed:

  • Batch ID: The processing batch ID linked to the error.
  • Product Name: The name of the item or item variation in your shop that caused the error.
  • SKU: The stock keeping unit code used to identify the product.
  • Message Type: The severity level of the issue (e.g., Error).
  • Messages: Explains the exact reason why Cdiscount rejected the update (such as specific listing or sale restrictions).
  • Message Code: The technical code provided by Cdiscount for that specific warning or error message.
  • Error N°: The official error number assigned by the marketplace.
  • Date: The exact timestamp when the error was reported.
