Importing an order - Product out of stock

You may need to import a Cdiscount order for a product that is out of stock in PrestaShop.

The module follows PrestaShop availability rules. On import, a blocked line can appear as Out of stock.

Module setting

In the module Settings tab, under Order import:

Allow stock zero (Order Import) → Yes

This allows importing orders when stock is zero or negative. See also Settings.

Product sheet

On the product (Quantities / availability):

If Allow orders is selected (and the product is otherwise importable — active, available for sale, min. quantity = 1), the order can be imported.

If Default is selected, PrestaShop’s global setting applies. Check Shop Parameters → Product Settings (formerly Preferences → Products) and enable ordering when out of stock:

Related errors (inactive / unavailable / min. quantity): Impossible to import an order of an inactive or unavailable product

If it still fails

Try ordering the same product from your front office — the underlying PrestaShop restriction is often clearer there.
