Why so many questions are asked

What is the Legal App - France for?
The App helps you, once you have answered the online questionnaire, to generate general conditions of sale (GTC) as well as the other texts required by the legislation in force.
Failure to communicate the GTC is punishable by an administrative fine of a maximum amount of € 15,000 for a natural person and € 75,000 for a source legal person (https://economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/Publications/Vie-pratique/Fiches-pratiques/Conditions-generales-de-vente).
