Common-Services Support for the CDiscount Marketplace Module for PrestaShop


Before contacting support, please make sure you have read the documentation.

It is just as frustrating for support staff when customers have not read the documentation as it is for customers to be told to "go read the documentation."


Since the module has existed since 2012, most issues are already known and listed either in the frequent issues category or in our internal knowledge base.

For this reason, support is provided only by email.

If the module is malfunctioning, please also attach a screenshot of the Information tab in the module configuration.
