Shipping: Not configured

In the offer integration report, you may see an error like:

Livraison XX: Non paramétré – Vous devez paramétrer le mode « XXX » dans votre interface vendeur Rubrique « Mes paramètres expédition » avant de saisir les données du fichier

(Marketplace message; exact wording may vary on Cdiscount / Octopia.)

In the seller interface, shipping modes are enabled:

Example: Mondial Relay checked on the seller side → that mode must also be configured in the module Transport tab.

Modes enabled on the seller account and the module Transport configuration must match.

Configure correctly: Transport

Then resend offers as Full Package (Light mode does not send shipping fees).
