Version 5 of the module is compatible with PrestaShop 1.7 and higher.


Pre-configuration



The module comes preconfigured for use in your store’s country of origin.
In most cases, you simply need to authorize Amazon API access and select the relevant categories.
The default settings are fully suitable for common usage.
Only change the configuration if necessary and if you understand the consequences of those changes.


Features



Once the setup is complete, the following module features become available:

Catalog > Amazon tab
Orders > Amazon tab, for importing orders
On each product page, an Amazon sub-tab will appear, containing optional settings


Knowledge Required



The module requires no special technical skills, but a basic understanding of how Amazon Marketplace works is useful.

Specific Terminology



Sending offers (synchronization):
This is the standard method used to update prices and stock.
No special skills are needed.
To understand how it works, simply read about logging.

Sending products (creation):
Used to list products not yet available on Amazon (no ASIN code).
This mode is optional, and only needed if your products don’t already exist on Amazon.
It’s a more advanced process requiring familiarity with Amazon and your own catalog.
