Product Creation
Prerequisites
Before starting, please ensure you have:
- Validated your catalog structure
- Clearly understood the difference between an offer and a product
- Verified your product eligibility
- Reviewed the Amazon categorization system
To publish products that don’t yet exist on Amazon, you must enable the Product Creation feature first.

First Steps
- Create a Profile
- Set up the Mappings
🔗 These fields are required to send product data to Amazon
- Assign a Profile to a Category
🏷️ Link each PrestaShop category to an Amazon profile
- Select the Products to Create
🛒 From the product page, in the Amazon sub-tab, check Create for the products to be sent (Important: do not click the native PrestaShop "Save and publish" button after checking “Create", or it will reset to "Update".)
Sending the Product Feed
- Go to Catalog > Amazon > Products
- Click Verify to check for missing or invalid information
- Click Send to Amazon to submit the feed
- View the results in the Amazon Report (read carefully how to access and read the report: https://doc.common-services.com/en/article/report-1ev67zk/)
- The report will show which fields are missing → update them in the profile
- Send the products again until there are no more errors in the report
- Verify on Amazon Seller Central: it may take a few hours for products to process and appear in your inventory.

Feed Options
These options let you adjust the content and scope of the feed before sending it to Amazon:
- Display JSON
Displays the feed content without sending it to Amazon (diagnostic mode)
- Include List Price
Includes the reference price (recommended retail price) if configured in the profile.
- Include Latency
Includes the handling/preparation time before dispatch
- Limiter
- No Limit: sends all selected products
- Limit to n Products: useful to avoid PHP limits or send in batches
- Send Relations Only
Sends only relationships (variants, parent/child) without full product data
- Send Entire Catalog
Forces a full catalog feed instead of only selected products
If You Need Support
Please provide the following:
- The generated JSON file: how to generate it
