Support Limitations
- We are not responsible for configuration issues related to the quantitative aspects of the shop (product quantity, images, categories, etc.).
- Updates of PrestaShop versions are excluded from support.
- Changes of server, hosting provider, or PHP version are excluded from support.
- Any modification of the module automatically revokes support.
- Support will not be provided in the case of multiple deployments or a major catalog restructuring.
Warranty Limitations
- We can provide you with a list of recommended hosting providers, or you can choose any host recommended by PrestaShop.
If your host is not one of these, no guarantee of proper operation can be applied.
- In cases of abuse, suspension, revocation, or termination of contract by the marketplace, we cannot be held responsible, and no guarantee or compensation can be claimed.
- The delivered software is deemed functional and operational on a default PrestaShop installation, i.e., as originally provided.
If the installation or module has been modified by anyone, the warranty and support are automatically transferred to that party.
