No product to send on Amazon

By clicking the Send button, you see a message like:


No products to send on Amazon No products to delete No products to export!



Steps to follow


  1. Remove all unnecessary filters in the Filters tab of the module configuration.



Sending Products (Creation)




Sending Offers (Synchronization)




Check the Queue


After clicking "Update" or "Create", ensure the action appears in the Queue under the Tools tab (refresh the page):


  1. Click on Create or Update
  2. Check the queue



Tip


If the issue persists:


  • Select only one category
  • Ensure products in that category have only one category assigned
  • Reapply the steps above
