No product to send on Amazon
By clicking the Send button, you see a message like:
Steps to follow
- Remove all unnecessary filters in the Filters tab of the module configuration.
Sending Products (Creation)
- Check that the product is eligible
- Check that the product is selected
- Follow the instructions: Product creation mode
Sending Offers (Synchronization)
- Check that the product is eligible
- Check that the product is selected
- Follow the instructions: Offer sync mode
Check the Queue
After clicking "Update" or "Create", ensure the action appears in the Queue under the Tools tab (refresh the page):
Tip
If the issue persists:
- Select only one category
- Ensure products in that category have only one category assigned
- Reapply the steps above
