Marketplace Configuration

Marketplace Tab

The Marketplace tab (or tabs) is represented by a flag, depending on the language used for the marketplace:

For each language configured in Localization > Languages, a new tab will appear.

Configure:

• The Amazon marketplace (e.g., Amazon.fr)
• The currency used (if missing, create it in Localization > Currencies)

API Settings

Authorize access to your Amazon seller account. If you haven’t done this yet, follow this guide:

👉 Authorize or reauthorize access to your Amazon account

Then click on Connectivity Test:

✅ If the message “Connection with Amazon: Ok” appears, the connection is successful.

❌ Otherwise, check your configuration in the Information tab.

General Configuration

Default Pricing Rule

Defines the pricing calculation for all selected categories unless a more specific rule is set.

Rounding

Choose your rounding policy:

• No rounding
• Round to 1 or 2 digits
• Smart rounding (e.g., €15.99 instead of €15.93)

Carrier Mapping

Incoming Orders

Match Amazon carriers to PrestaShop carriers:

• Left column: Amazon carrier name
• Right column: PrestaShop carrier to use

To identify which Amazon carriers to map:

📍 Go to Orders > Amazon

📍 Look at the “shipment” column:

Outgoing Orders

For orders shipped from your store:

• Left side: select the PrestaShop carrier to be used (module-based carriers are not compatible)
• Right side: select the Amazon carrier to notify Amazon

The carrier list is provided by Amazon and cannot be modified.
