Authorizing Access to Amazon Seller Central
For the Amazon Prestashop module to work properly (order import, product sync, etc.), you must authorize access to your Amazon account through Amazon Seller Central.
During the initial setup of the module.
If your authorization has expired or has been revoked by Amazon.

Without this authorization, the module cannot sync orders or products with Amazon.
Your Amazon account must be on a Professional Selling Plan for the authorization to work properly.

Check regularly that your Amazon authorization is still active.
If your password is changed or your account is updated in Seller Central, you may need to reauthorize.
