Mapping

After configuring your models in the Cdiscount module, you can define attribute and feature mappings in the Mappings tab.

Purpose

The Mappings tab allows you to translate or adapt the values from your PrestaShop catalog to the values expected by Cdiscount.

This is especially useful when:

  • Your PrestaShop features don’t exactly match Cdiscount’s expected values.
  • You need to standardize your product values so they are properly recognized by the marketplace.

How It Works

If you configured associations in the Mappings tab, those mapped values will be sent in the export feed.

Example:

  • Your PrestaShop product page contains the feature Bleu Nuit
  • You indicate in the Mappings tab:

Bleu Nuit → Bleu Roi

➡️ The value Bleu Roi will therefore be exported in the feed for the feature selected in the model.

Good to Know

  • If no mapping is defined, the original PrestaShop value will be used.
  • Mappings do not modify your products in PrestaShop — they only apply during export.

  1. Configure your Cdiscount models.
  2. Go to the Mappings tab in the module.
  3. Associate your PrestaShop features and/or attributes with the values recognized by Cdiscount.
  4. Save your mappings.
  5. Send your products to Cdiscount.
