Why this error occurs
When sending products in Create mode, Amazon may require additional attributes that are not loaded by default in the profile.
In this case, Amazon requires the List Price attribute.
⚠️ Important:
The List Price is not your selling price.
It corresponds to the recommended retail price (MSRP / RRP).
Where to see the error
You can find this error in:
- Catalog > Amazon > Reports
- Select the Report ID

- Click View Report

How to fix the error
Method 1: Add the field manually
- Open your Amazon profile.
- Go to Optional available fields.
- Click Load.
- Search for List Price.
- Click the + icon to add the field.

Then configure the field:
- Select the appropriate currency in Allowed Values.
- For value_with_tax, choose either:
- A fixed value, or
- A PrestaShop field such as Retail price with tax (recommended)

Method 2: Use the List Price rule
Alternatively, you can configure it directly in the profile:
- Scroll to List Price Rule (MSRP).
- Choose one of the following options:
- Disabled
- Percentage – Calculates the List Price by adding a percentage to your selling price (for example, +20%).
- Value – Calculates the List Price by adding a fixed amount to your selling price.

Important step
Once the profile has been updated:
- Select Create as the operation (if creating new products).
- Go to Catalog > Amazon > Products.
- Enable Include List Price.

- Verify that the List Price is configured and check for any missing required fields.

- Send the products.

Conclusion
This error indicates that Amazon requires the List Price (MSRP/RRP) for the selected product type.
To resolve it:
- Configure the List Price manually or use the List Price Rule (MSRP).
- Enable Include List Price when sending the feed.
- Resend the products to Amazon.
