Why this error occurs


When sending products in creation mode, Amazon may require additional fields that are not initially visible in the profile.


In this case, Amazon is requesting the List Price field.


⚠️ Important:

The List Price is not your selling price.

It corresponds to the recommended retail price (MSRP / RRP).



Where to see the error


You can find this error in:

Catalog > Amazon > Reports



How to fix the error


Method 1: Add the field manually


  1. Open your profile in the module
  2. Go to Optional available fields
  3. Click Load
  4. Search for List Price
  5. Click the + icon to add it




Then configure the field:


  • Select the currency from Allowed Values
  • In value_with_tax, choose:
  • A default value, or
  • A PrestaShop field such as Retail price (tax incl.) (recommended)



Method 2: Use the List Price rule


Alternatively, you can configure it directly in the profile:


  1. Scroll down to List Price Rule (MSRP)
  2. Choose one of the following options:


  • Disabled
  • Percentage → calculate List Price based on your selling price and add a percentage on top (e.g. +20%)
  • Value → calculate List Price based on your selling price and add a fixed amount on top



Important step


When sending your products:


  1. Go to Catalog > Amazon > Products
  2. Make sure to check the option:

"Include List Price"



Conclusion


  • This error means Amazon requires the MSRP (List Price)
  • It must be added or configured in the profile
  • Don’t forget to enable "Include List Price" when sending the feed
