Importing Orders for Out-of-Stock Products

Sometimes, you may want to import an order for a product that is out of stock in your PrestaShop store.

There is no special module setting required for this.

However, the module will import out-of-stock products based on the strategy defined in the product sheet or in the general PrestaShop settings.

On the Product Page

If the "Allow orders" option is checked and the product import availability conditions are met,

then the order will be imported successfully.

If the default option is checked, then PrestaShop’s global configuration will apply.

Check that in Preferences > Products, the option is enabled as shown below:

If the Order Still Cannot Be Imported

If the issue persists, try placing an order for the same product from your front office.

This often helps make the underlying problem more visible and easier to identify.
