Error: Unable to import an order of an inactive or unavailable product - Amazon Marketplace Plus
You import your orders and you get an error message like this one
or
or
The module is based on PrestaShop classes (the core of PrestaShop) to proceed with importing orders, forcing to stick to PrestaShop operating principles that will prevent importing a product in an order in some cases;
To be “importable” the product must be activated (1) and available for sale (2):

Also, the minimum quantity must be equal to 1 because it corresponds to the regular functioning of marketplaces that sell products at retail (some exceptions apply, which is not the subject here).
You will check either in Quantity tab (1) or in Variation tab (2) whether the product is provided, and that the orderable quantity is equal to 1:
Importing Orders with Inactive or Out-of-Stock Products
By default, PrestaShop blocks order import when the product is inactive or out of stock.
However, the Amazon Marketplace module allows you to force the import through advanced settings.
Step 1 – Enable Expert Mode
Before proceeding, you must enable the module’s Expert Mode:

Step 2 – Access Advanced Import Settings
- Go to the Parameters tab of the Amazon Marketplace module
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- On the right side of Order Import Configuration, click on Advanced Settings
> (the button will later display Quick Settings, but the advanced options will remain visible)

Step 3 – Enable the Required Options
Depending on your needs, enable the following options:
- Import orders with out-of-stock products
→ Enable Zero Stock

- Import orders with inactive products
→ Enable Uncheck product status

Result
Once these options are enabled, the module will be able to import Amazon orders even if the products are inactive or out of stock in PrestaShop.
