Creating Products – Common issues on profiles

Error message:

Why this error appears

To create a product on Amazon, the module requires a profile:

a product sheet template that structures the data (category mapping, attributes, pricing rules, etc.).

This error usually happens when:

• A category is selected in the module
• But no profile is assigned to it

Example

In the Categories tab:

Issue:

1. The category is selected
2. But no profile is assigned

How to fix it

1. Go to the Profiles tab and create a profile if none exists
2. Then go to the Categories tab and assign that profile to the selected category

Once the profile is assigned, the module will be able to send product creation feeds correctly.
