Carrier Modules
Missing Carrier (Example: Relais Colis)
Let’s say you have a Relais Colis carrier that doesn’t appear in the module.
Why?
Relais Colis is not a standard carrier, but rather a carrier module.
This means it requires interaction with a human user (displaying a page, selecting a pickup point, etc.).
Since the marketplace module is automated and not a human user, it cannot respond to such interactivity.
The carrier/module waiting for this user interaction can cause the marketplace module to crash or fail operations (for example, order import).
👉 For this reason, carrier modules are excluded by default from marketplace modules.
Solution
You can create an independent inactive carrier in Shipping > Carriers, for example:
Relais Colis (Marketplace)
This carrier can then be linked to the marketplace module and will not appear on your front office.
Is There an Alternative?
In Expert Mode, it’s technically possible to override this configuration.
However, no support will be provided for this setup or for any issues that may result from it (e.g., failed order imports).
➡️ That’s why we recommend using the solution described above.
