Using the "Stock Break-even" Option

The Stock Break-even option allows you to deduct a fixed quantity from your actual stock before exporting it to Amazon. This is useful for keeping a safety stock or avoiding overselling.

Example:

  • Real stock: 10
  • Stock Break-even: 2

→ Exported stock: 8

Note: If your real stock is lower than the specified amount, the exported stock will be 0.

Steps to Follow

1. Enable Expert Mode

First, activate Expert Mode in the module:

2. Go to the Marketplace Tab

Navigate to:

Modules > Amazon > Configure > Marketplace Tab (e.g. Amazon UK)

Marketplace Tab

3. Set the Stock Break-even Option

In this tab, you will find:

Stock Break-evenQuantity to deduct from real stock before export

  • Enter a positive number → that quantity will be deducted from the real stock.
  • Enter a negative number → that quantity will be added to the real stock.

This helps you fine-tune the exported stock according to your strategy.
