Update Offers – Support Request - Feed.biz (WooCommerce)

You have a problem with the submission of offers and you need support, follow the following instructions:


  • Export and send your offers:



  • Download the file .Zip displayed by the module:



  • Generate the report:



  • Save all the report:


Note: Select, Copy and Paste the entire text in a file (e.g. Notepad in Windows), save the file.


You have a .zip file and a .txt file, send us these files with your support request.


If the problem relates to a particular product or product data, attach a screenshot of the various tabs of the product sheet.
