This SKU has not been listed on Amazon
When synchronizing offers with Amazon, you may encounter the following error:
"This SKU has not been listed on Amazon"
This error indicates that the SKU has not yet been added to your Amazon account, and therefore cannot be updated.
Possible Causes
- The SKU is not yet present in your Amazon account
→ The module cannot update an offer that does not exist.
- The option Matching/Correspondence is not enabled
→ Without this option, the module cannot link your SKU to an existing product in the Amazon catalog.
- The Inventory Report scheduled task is not running
→ The module does not know which products are already present in your Amazon account.
→ As a result, the error may appear even if the SKU is already listed in your inventory.
How to Fix
1. Enable the Matching Option
If the product already exists in the Amazon catalog but is not yet on your account:
- Enable the Matching option
- Resend the offers feed
Amazon will then try to associate your SKU with an existing product (via EAN/UPC).
📘 See doc: Send and Sync Offers
2. Configure the Inventory Report Scheduled Task
This task is essential: it allows the module to know which offers already exist in your Amazon account.
- Properly configure the Inventory Report scheduled task.
- Recommended frequency: every 4 hours.
Summary
- This error means: the SKU is not (yet) listed in your Amazon account.
- Solutions:
- Enable Matching to link your SKU to an existing Amazon product.
- Configure the Inventory Report scheduled task so the module knows which products are already listed.
