In the report, the following error appears:


Error 5000: SKU: XXX-YYY - The update for Sku 'XXX-YYY' was skipped because it is identical to the update in feed '11036967860'.


You have sent several consecutive Amazon feeds so the content has not changed. Amazon handled the first and ignored the second.


It is possible:

  • That you have triggered several scheduled tasks simultaneously
  • That you have triggered an export several times from “Amazon > Catalog” tab


Export your feed only once; that’s enough, from the moment you get a submission number, you have the guaranty that your feed will be handled by Amazon.
