Sending and Syncing Offers
Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you have:
- Validated your catalog structure
- Understood the difference between an offer and a product
- Verified that your products are eligible for sale on Amazon
Catalog > Amazon > Offers
In Catalog > Amazon > Offers, you can access the operations for sending your offer feeds.
The module uses a queue containing products marked as “Update”.
If no products are in the queue, you can:
- Manually select products
- Or let automatic logging detect changes
Sending and Updating Offers
By default:
- The module sends only quantities and prices
- It updates existing offers on Amazon (no product creation)
- The unique identifier used is the SKU, corresponding to the Reference field in PrestaShop
📊 Once the feed is sent, check the Report tab to verify Amazon's feedback.
Options

In Case of Malfunction
Before contacting support, ensure that:
- Your products are eligible
- Logging is functional (check entries in the Tools tab)
- You consistently review the Report after every feed submission
In Case You Need Support
Please provide:
- The generated JSON file: see how to generate it

⏱️ To automate the process, you can configure a cron job for offer synchronization in the Scheduled Tasks tab.
