Provide MWS credentials for support needs

First, you should know that with the credentials, we are not able to access your Seller Central environment. We will use them to retrieve the feeds with the objective of solving the technical problem that you are experiencing. Once the support procedure is complete you will remove this access to your feeds in Seller Central.

To generate these keys, you should be logged and identified in your “Seller Central” account:

Then go to this page:

and click “Sign-up for MWS”:



Then, select “I want to use an application to access my Amazon seller account with MWS” :



Enter Common-Services as application name and Developer Number : 1754-0846-4697

Click on continue and agree with terms & conditions ;



You will obtain the expected information ;



We need Seller ID and MWS Auth token (MWS) security token.
