Multistore frequent questions and problems

If you’ve been redirected to this page, you are likely using PrestaShop’s multistore mode. Please read this guide to avoid the most common issues.

Contexts

The module only works in the context of a single store.

It does not support:

  • the “All Shops” context
  • shop groups

The context is defined using the selector at the top of your PrestaShop back office:

Store selector

Saving or configuring the module outside of a store-specific context may cause errors or unexpected behavior.

👉 Make sure you understand how contexts work:

Scheduled Tasks (CRON)

CRON jobs will run under the context that was active when the module configuration was last saved.

So after any major or structural change (e.g. employee switch, shop setting changes), go to the module configuration and save again under the correct context.

Support Guidelines

Before contacting support while using multistore, please:

  1. Select the appropriate shop in the context selector
  2. Save the module configuration
  3. Review all PrestaShop settings in the same context
  4. Reproduce the issue within the correct context

⚠️ Many support issues result from using the wrong context, like “All Shops”.

License & Support Policy

By purchasing the module, you agreed to the

PrestaShop Addons Terms & Conditions.

  • The module requires one license per shop
  • Please provide proof of purchase for each license to receive multistore support

Our free support is based on a fair usage policy. Since multistore setups create additional workload, a separate license is required for each store.
