Messaging – Customize emails

The Amazon Messaging feature is part of the Amazon Marketplace module for PrestaShop.

It enables communication between your store and customers via Amazon’s messaging system, which verifies all emails.

If you want to customize the emails sent through this system, follow these simple steps:

Steps to Customize

1. Create a folder named amazon

Inside your PrestaShop theme folder, for example:

prestashop1724/themes/classic/modules/amazon

2. Copy the email templates

From the Amazon module to this newly created amazon folder.

✅ This ensures your email customizations will remain intact and won’t be overwritten during future module updates.
