This page provides the tools you need to create and update your offers on Cdiscount.

💡 Offer vs. Product: An Offer controls your price, stock, and shipping settings for an item that already exists on Cdiscount. If the physical product does not exist on Cdiscount yet, you must use the Products Wizard instead to create the catalog listing first.

💡 Note: These actions run automatically in the background through your Scheduled Tasks. You only need to use this page if you want to trigger a manual update immediately.

1. Offers Creation Wizard

Click the green Offers Creation Wizard button to start syncing your catalog. This tool automatically compares your Cdiscount inventory with your PrestaShop catalog to find missing items and build your new offers.

The wizard will guide you through these four steps:

Parameters: Set up and verify the connection between Cdiscount Flux and Cdiscount.
Categories: Select which store categories you want to sync, then configure and assign your product models to them.
Shipping: Map your carriers and configure your shipping fees.
Send: Send your data to Cdiscount to complete the process.

2. Update Offers

Click the blue Update Offers button to push quick updates to the marketplace. This action quickly updates your Cdiscount listings with the latest stock levels and prices for all products in your selected categories.

3. Purge & Replace

Click the blue Purge & Replace button if you need a completely fresh start. This option will wipe your current offer data on the marketplace and replace it entirely with your current PrestaShop catalog settings.

4. Preview

Preview Before Sending

On Cdiscount > Tasks > Actions > Offers and Products, a Preview button is available. It builds the exact package that would go to Cdiscount—using the same generation logic, with price rules and promotions already applied—and stops right before making the API call.

Once generated, you can review:

Prepared Items & Batch ID: Displays how many items were prepared and provides the unique batch ID.
Download CSV: Downloads a CSV file with one column per field (SKU, EAN, stock, price, VAT, eco-part, promotion start/end and value, shipping per delivery type, CDAV, etc.), making prices and promotions easy to verify.
Confirm and Send: Transmits that exact prepared package directly to Cdiscount (not a newly generated one), ensuring there is no discrepancy between what was reviewed and what is submitted.
Cancel: Aborts the process with no data sent or modified.

ℹ️ Preview Behavior & Rules:
A preview is completely free of side effects: nothing is sent, no offer is marked as handled, no inventory row is stamped, and it does not consume your send quota. You can preview as often as needed.
A previewed package remains confirmable for 1 hour. After 1 hour, simply generate a new preview.
The preview executes standard background validation, so configuration issues (missing EAN, unmapped category, unconfigured shipping, etc.) appear in the Logs section before anything is transmitted.
