Limitations of support

Is out of liability the setting related to the quantitative of the store (products quantity, images, categories …)
Are excluded the versions updates of the Prestashop store
Are excluded the modification of server, host or PHP version
Modifications to the module lead to revocation of the support
It will not be offered support in case of multiple commissionings or major modification of the catalog

We can give you a list of hosts or you can choose any recommended host by Prestashop. If it was not one of them, no warranty can be applied.
In case of abuse, cancellation, revocation or termination of contract by the marketplace we can not be held responsible and no warranty or repair could be claimed.
The software supplied is deemed functional and in working state on a Prestashop software installed by default. Meaning as delivered originally. If one of them has been altered by anyone warranty and support offered to him would then be automatically transferred.
