I cannot connect Shopify to my Amazon seller account. The app shows 403 Unauthorized or Access to requested resource is denied.
This error message can appear on two instances:
- You have an existing account connected in the app
- You don't have any account connected in the app yet
To successfully connect the account, ensure that the account meets the following requirements:
- You must have a Professional Amazon Seller account. (Individual accounts not allowed).
- The account is fully active and no further account and payment verification on Amazon is required
- You have the appropriate user access to install a third-party app. You can check this on your Amazon account (Settings > User Permission History > User Permissions)
