Description: This error typically indicates an issue with the Amazon account connection.


Possible Causes:

  • Token has expired


Resolution Steps:

    1. Go to Connect tab
    2. Click on Reauthorize
    3. Log in to your Amazon account on the pop up page
    4. Save
