Generate JSON

Generate JSON and Report for Support


For any support request to Amazon or Common-Services, it is essential to provide the generated JSON file and the report. Here are the steps to retrieve them.



1. Clear the Queue


Go to Modules > Amazon > Tools.


If there are products pending, they will be listed.

➡️ Select all rows and click Delete.

2. Prepare the Product


Go to the product sheet concerned by the issue.

The product must be eligible.


➡️ Select the item in the module depending on the situation:


  • If the issue is about product creation, check Create
  • If the issue is about stock or price, check Update



3. Generate the JSON


Go to Catalog > Amazon > Synchronization (or Creation, depending on the case).

➡️ Check Display JSON.


Display JSON


Click Send (this will not send anything to Amazon, it's a simulation).


You will see:


  • ✅ A green box with the log
  • 📄 A gray box with the generated JSON file


➡️ Copy the entire JSON content and paste it into a text file using a text editor (e.g. Notepad), then save the file.



4. Send the Feed


Uncheck Display JSON, then click Send again.


⚠️ This time, the feed will be actually submitted to Amazon.

5. Check the Report


Then check the Amazon report to verify the feed status.
